convenient central stay
great suite central location room upgrade early check-in
i appreciated the suite and all it offered for a short stay downtown. darling harbour and circular quay are within easy walking distance. the room upgrade with two bathrooms was a great surprise for my family. the early check-in, complimentary champagne, chocolates, and bar fridge purchase were much appreciated.
the parking situation was a bit difficult upon arrival. there was no designated area for stopping briefly while checking in. this meant i had to park in front of the car park entrance.

the suite featured robes. little toothbrush and toothpaste were thoughtful additions. the rooms had comfortable beds and effective blackout curtains. Cleanliness was a priority in the rooms.

the staff was cute and helpful. they actively responded to questions and requests. patty, laeti, ethan and talita provided amazing work. their dedication.

the location was fantastic near many dining options and coffee shops. it is five minutes to wynard darling harbour, qvb, and shopping areas. the suites are in the heart of the city. this provides easy access to amenities.

efficient check-in convenient valet parking washing machine easy access
Check-in was efficient, and the valet parking was very convenient. Staff were friendly upon arrival, which I appreciated. The room featured a washing machine and dryer. The location provided easy access to various local experiences, ideal.
Some noise came from Kent street during the night. It was SLIGHTLY bothersome.

The hotel is near many shops, cafés, and restaurants. I found it easy to walk to several attractions. The hotel offered room service, though there is no restaurant inside the hotel. This suited my needs perfectly, though! Public transport was easily accessible.

The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious. It provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was adequately sized for two people. The shower had excellent water pressure! The bed was comfortable with excellent quality linens.

rusty knives wet fridge
The toilet flushing was off and on for days. i told them about it every day, but they never fixed it. eventually, they moved me to another room. also, some of the kitchen stuff wasn't up to snuff. the knives were rusty, seriously, and the dryer was full of lint. plus, the fridge was wet inside. Both rooms had that issue.

modern apartment early check-in comfortable apartment
the apartment was lovely , very modern and clean. the reception team very kindly let us check in early after a long flight and the apartment was really comfortable. it is in a great location and walkable to all the main sights in the city centre and is also well connected with the city's public transport.
